The first model from our list of the five largest French door refrigerator choices is the LG LRFVS3006D, available in stainless steel at $4,399 and black stainless steel at $4,499. With almost 30 cubic feet of capacity at nearly 36" wide, it offers a ton of space for households with a lot of mouths to feed! It features LG's Smart Cooling Plus technology and a door-in-door design.
This door-in-door refrigerator reduces cold air loss by 47% when you use it to store your most-accessed items like snacks and beverages. The InstaView door panel allows you to take a peek inside of the refrigerator just by knocking on the tinted panel!
This model maximizes the available space in the fresh food section with a Slim SpacePlus ice system and adjustable shelving. Samsung used to be known mostly for its consumer electronics, but it has branched into appliances as well. The Samsung RF28T5001SR is one of the largest French door refrigerator options on the market with 28.0 cubic feet of capacity. One of the cheapest French door refrigerators in this size range, the GE GNE29GYNFS is an impressive specimen at 28.7 cubic feet. It's available in fingerprint-resistant stainless steel or GE slate for $2,528. 4. LG LRFDS3016S - 29.7 cu ft - $4,099
The Energy Star rated LG LRFDS3016S is the next option for the largest French door refrigerator models - in case you haven't noticed, LG and Samsung have a lot of options in XL refrigerators! At 30 cubic feet, it is absolutely massive, and it's a door-in-door refrigerator as well but without the InstaView technology. It comes with the LG Craft Ice Maker, which makes round ice that melts more slowly than ice cubes.
It comes with the Smart Cooling Plus System with dual evaporators, multiple temperature sensors, and Multi Air Flow Cooling. This smart fridge is Wi-Fi connected, so you can use LG's highly rated SmartThinQ technology to do things like receive alerts if the door is left open, set your refrigerator to a power-saving "vacation mode" from your smartphone, and more! Another "cool" feature is the extra-tall ice and water dispenser. The dispenser has a Measured Fill option, so you can dispense the exact amount of water for a recipe or for your Keurig cup.

Last but not least on our list of the largest French door refrigerator models is another choice from LG: the LG LRMVS3006S, a 29.5 cubic feet capacity Energy Star rated model. This model has the added benefit of LG's SmartThinQ technology and a door-in-door design with an easily adjustable bin. You'll also find an additional pull-out drawer between the fresh and frozen food sections which can now chill or even freeze items.
One of the great features of this model is the LG Dual Ice Maker with Craft Ice - it automatically makes three slow-melting ice spheres per day, which is best if you plan to serve cocktails or other drinks to your guests! The Slim SpacePlus Ice System maximizes the space available for fresh food, and the tall ice and water dispenser offers plenty of room for water bottles and pitchers. That sums up the five largest French door refrigerator models on the market today! They're all Energy Star rated with a lot of great features. As of this writing, the absolute largest capacity refrigerators available are around 30 cubic feet. The model available at the lowest price point is #2 on our list from Samsung. Whirlpool, Frigidaire, and KitchenAid also offer large capacity French door models, from 26 to 28 cubic feet, but when it comes to the 28 cubic feet and up category, GE, LG, and Samsung are the leaders.
